RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The Standard. SINGL/R is built to be an asset. If your garment does not meet the structural standards promised, we will rectify it.

The Window. We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached just like when you received it.

The Process. To initiate a return, contact support@singlrwear.com with your order number. Once inspected and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Intention. We encourage intentional purchasing. If you are unsure about sizing, consult our Size Guide before ordering to minimize the environmental impact of unnecessary shipping.

 

Bundles, Offers & Sale Items — Special Conditions

Bundle Purchases

Bundles are priced as a single, value-led offering. To protect pricing integrity and inventory control, the following rules apply:

Returns

  • Bundles can only be returned as a complete set.

  • Partial returns from a bundle are not permitted.

  • If a return is approved, all items in the bundle must be sent back together.

Exchanges

  • Partial exchanges within a bundle are permitted only in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items shipped.

  • Size-based or preference-based exchanges within a bundle are not allowed.

  • Exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Bundle pricing exists because the items move together. Breaking bundles post-purchase defeats the model.


Sale & Promotional Items

  • Products purchased under SALE, LIMITED-TIME OFFERS, or PROMOTIONAL EVENTS (including but not limited to End of Season Sale, Birthday Sale, or similar campaigns):

    • Cannot be cancelled once an order is placed

    • Are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange
